1  For¹⁰⁶³ I would²³⁰⁹ that ye⁵²⁰⁹ knew¹⁴⁹² what great²²⁴⁵ conflict⁷³ I have²¹⁹² for⁴⁰¹² you,⁵²¹⁶ and²⁵³² for them³⁵⁸⁸ at¹⁷²² Laodicea,²⁹⁹³ and²⁵³² for as many as³⁷⁴⁵ have not³⁷⁵⁶ seen³⁷⁰⁸ my³⁴⁵⁰ face⁴³⁸³ in¹⁷²² the flesh;⁴⁵⁶¹

1  내가 너희와 라오디게아에 있는 자들과 무릇 내 육신의 얼굴을 보지 못한 자들을 위하여 어떻게 힘쓰는 것을 너희가 알기를 원하노니

1  For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh,

1  내가 너희와 라오디케아에 있는 사람들과 또한 나의 육신의 얼굴을 보지 못한 많은 사람을 위하여 얼마나 큰 갈등을 가지고 있는지 너희가 알기 원하노니

2  That²⁴⁴³ their⁸⁴⁶ hearts²⁵⁸⁸ might be comforted,³⁸⁷⁰ being knit together⁴⁸²² in¹⁷²² love,²⁶ and²⁵³² unto¹⁵¹⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ riches⁴¹⁴⁹ of the³⁵⁸⁸ full assurance⁴¹³⁶ of understanding,⁴⁹⁰⁷ to¹⁵¹⁹ the acknowledgement¹⁹²² of the³⁵⁸⁸ mystery³⁴⁶⁶ of God,²³¹⁶ and²⁵³² of the Father,³⁹⁶² and²⁵³² of Christ;⁵⁵⁴⁷

2  이는 저희로 마음에 위안을 받고 사랑 안에서 연합하여 원만한 이해의 모든 부요에 이르러 하나님의G2316 비밀인 그리스도를G5547 깨닫게 하려 함이라

2  that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and to all riches of the full assurance of the understanding, to the full knowledge of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

2  이는 그들의 마음이 위로를 받고 사랑으로 엮어져서 완전한 이해의 모든 풍요함에 이르러 하나님(엘로힘)과 아버지와 그리스도(마쉬악H4899)의 신비의 지식에 이르게 하려 함이라.

3  In¹⁷²² whom³⁷³⁹ are¹⁵²⁶ hid⁶¹⁴ all³⁹⁵⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ treasures²³⁴⁴ of wisdom⁴⁶⁷⁸ and²⁵³² knowledge.¹¹⁰⁸

3  그 안에는 지혜와 지식의 모든 보화가 감취어 있느니라

3  in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

3 그의 안에는 모든 지혜와 지식의 보화가 감추어져 있느니라.

4  And¹¹⁶¹ this⁵¹²⁴ I say,³⁰⁰⁴ lest³³⁶³ any man⁵¹⁰⁰ should beguile³⁸⁸⁴ you⁵²⁰⁹ with¹⁷²² enticing words.⁴⁰⁸⁶

4  내가 이것을 말함은 아무도 공교한 말로 너희를 속이지 못하게 하려 함이니

4  And I say this that not anyone should beguile you with enticing words.

4   내가 이것을 말하는 것은 어떤 사람도 현혹하는 말로 너희를 속이지 못하게 하려 함이라.  

5  For¹⁰⁶³ though^{1487, 2532} I be absent⁵⁴⁸ in the³⁵⁸⁸ flesh,⁴⁵⁶¹ yet²³⁵ am¹⁵¹⁰ I with⁴⁸⁶² you⁵²¹³ in the³⁵⁸⁸ spirit,⁴¹⁵¹ joying⁵⁴⁶³ and²⁵³² beholding⁹⁹¹ your⁵²¹⁶ order,⁵⁰¹⁰ and²⁵³² the³⁵⁸⁸ steadfastness⁴⁷³³ of your⁵²¹⁶ faith⁴¹⁰² in¹⁵¹⁹ Christ.⁵⁵⁴⁷

5  이는 내가 육신으로는 떠나 있으나 심령으로는 너희와 함께 있어 너희의 규모와 그리스도를G5547 믿는 너희 믿음의 굳은 것을 기쁘게 봄이라

5  For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, rejoicing and beholding your order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

5  내가 비록 육체로는 떠나 있으나 영으로는 너희와 함께 있어 기뻐하며, 너희의 질서와 그리스도(마쉬악)를 믿는 너희 믿음의 굳건함을 보노라.

6  As⁵⁶¹³ ye have therefore³⁷⁶⁷ received³⁸⁸⁰ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ Jesus²⁴²⁴ the³⁵⁸⁸ Lord,²⁹⁶² so walk⁴⁰⁴³ ye in¹⁷²² him:⁸⁴⁶

6  그러므로 너희가 그리스도G5547 예수를G2424 주로G2962 받았으니 그 안에서 행하되

6  Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,

6  너희가 그리스도(마쉬악) 예수(야슈아)를 주(아도나이H136)로 영접한 것같이 그 분 안에서 행하라.

7  Rooted⁴⁴⁹² and²⁵³² built up²⁰²⁶ in¹⁷²² him,⁸⁴⁶ and²⁵³² established⁹⁵⁰ in¹⁷²² the³⁵⁸⁸ faith,⁴¹⁰² as²⁵³¹ ye have been taught,¹³²¹ abounding⁴⁰⁵² therein^{1722, 846} with¹⁷²² thanksgiving.²¹⁶⁹

7  그 안에 뿌리를 박으며 세움을 입어 교훈을 받은대로 믿음에 굳게 서서 감사함을 넘치게 하라

7  rooted and built up in Him, and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

7    그 분 안에 뿌리를 내리고 세움을 받아 가르침을 받은 대로 믿음 안에서 확고히 되어 그 안에서 감사함을 넘치게 하라.

8  Beware⁹⁹¹ lest³³⁶¹ any man⁵¹⁰⁰ spoil⁴⁸¹² you⁵²⁰⁹ through¹²²³ philosophy⁵³⁸⁵ and²⁵³² vain²⁷⁵⁶ deceit,⁵³⁹ after²⁵⁹⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ tradition³⁸⁶² of men,⁴⁴⁴ after²⁵⁹⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ rudiments⁴⁷⁴⁷ of the³⁵⁸⁸ world,²⁸⁸⁹ and²⁵³² not³⁷⁵⁶ after²⁵⁹⁶ Christ.⁵⁵⁴⁷

8  누가 철학과 헛된 속임수로 너희를 노략할까 주의하라 이것이 사람의 유전과 세상의 초등 학문을 좇음이요 그리스도를G5547 좇음이 아니니라

8  Beware lest anyone rob you through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ.

8   아무도 너희를 철학과 헛된 속임수로 노략질하지 못하도록 주의하라. 그것들은 사람의 전통과 세상의 유치한 원리를 따른 것이며, 그리스도(마쉬악)를 따른 것이 아니니라.

9  For³⁷⁵⁴ in¹⁷²² him⁸⁴⁶ dwelleth²⁷³⁰ all³⁹⁵⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ fullness⁴¹³⁸ of the³⁵⁸⁸ Godhead²³²⁰ bodily.⁴⁹⁸⁵

9  그 안에는 신성의 모든 충만이 육체로 거하시고

9  For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

9  그 분 안에는 신격의 모든 충만함이 몸의 형태로 거하시나니

10  And²⁵³² ye are²⁰⁷⁵ complete⁴¹³⁷ in¹⁷²² him,⁸⁴⁶ which³⁷³⁹ is²⁰⁷⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ head²⁷⁷⁶ of all³⁹⁵⁶ principality⁷⁴⁶ and²⁵³² power:¹⁸⁴⁹

10  너희도 그 안에서 충만하여졌으니 그는 모든 정사와 권세의 머리시라

10  And you are complete in Him, who is the Head of all principality and power,

10   너희도 모든 정사와 권세의 머리이신 그의 안에서 온전하게 되느니라.

11  In¹⁷²² whom³⁷³⁹ also²⁵³² ye are circumcised⁴⁰⁵⁹ with the circumcision⁴⁰⁶¹ made without hands,⁸⁸⁶ in¹⁷²² putting off⁵⁵⁵ the³⁵⁸⁸ body⁴⁹⁸³ of the³⁵⁸⁸ sins²⁶⁶ of the³⁵⁸⁸ flesh⁴⁵⁶¹ by¹⁷²² the³⁵⁸⁸ circumcision⁴⁰⁶¹ of Christ:⁵⁵⁴⁷

11  또 그 안에서 너희가 손으로 하지 아니한 할례를 받았으니 곧 육적 몸을 벗는 것이요 그리스도의G5547 할례니라

11  in whom also you are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ,

11  또한 너희가 그의 안에서 손으로 하지 아니한 할례를 받았으니, 곧 그리스도(마쉬악)의 할례로 육신의 죄들의 몸을 벗어버린 것이라.

12  Buried with⁴⁹¹⁶ him⁸⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² baptism,⁹⁰⁸ wherein^{1722, 3739} also²⁵³² ye are risen with⁴⁸⁹¹ him through¹²²³ the³⁵⁸⁸ faith⁴¹⁰² of the³⁵⁸⁸ operation¹⁷⁵³ of God,²³¹⁶ who hath raised¹⁴⁵³ him⁸⁴⁶ from¹⁵³⁷ the³⁵⁸⁸ dead.³⁴⁹⁸

12  너희가 세례로 그리스도와 함께 장사한바 되고 또 죽은 자들 가운데서 그를 일으키신 하나님의G2316 역사를 믿음으로 말미암아 그 안에서 함께 일으키심을 받았느니라

12  buried with Him in baptism, in whom also you were raised through the faith of the working of God, raising Him from the dead.

12   너희가 침례로 그와 함께 장사되었고, 또 하나님(엘로힘)께서 그를 죽은 자들로부터 살리신 역사를 믿음으로 말미암아 너희도 그와 함께 살아났느니라.

13  And²⁵³² you,⁵²⁰⁹ being⁵⁶⁰⁷ dead³⁴⁹⁸ in¹⁷²² your sins³⁹⁰⁰ and²⁵³² the³⁵⁸⁸ uncircumcision²⁰³ of your⁵²¹⁶ flesh,⁴⁵⁶¹ hath he quickened together⁴⁸⁰⁶ with⁴⁸⁶² him,⁸⁴⁶ having forgiven⁵⁴⁸³ you⁵²¹³ all³⁹⁵⁶ trespasses;³⁹⁰⁰

13  또 너희의 범죄와 육체의 무할례로 죽었던 너희를 하나님이 그와 함께 살리시고 우리에게 모든 죄를 사하시고

13  And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,

13  너희의 죄들과 육체의 무할례로 죽었던 너희를, 하나님께서 그와 함께 살리셔서 우리의 모든 허물을 용서하셨으니

14  Blotting out¹⁸¹³ the³⁵⁸⁸ handwriting⁵⁴⁹⁸ of ordinances¹³⁷⁸ that was against²⁵⁹⁶ us,²²⁵⁷ which³⁷³⁹ was²²⁵⁸ contrary⁵²²⁷ to us,²²⁵⁴ and²⁵³² took¹⁴² it⁸⁴⁶ out of¹⁵³⁷ the³⁵⁸⁸ way,³³¹⁹ nailing⁴³³⁸ it⁸⁴⁶ to his cross;⁴⁷¹⁶

14  우리를 거스리고 우리를 대적하는 의문에G1378 쓴 증서를G5498 도말하시고G1813 제하여 버리사G142  십자가에G4716 못 박으시고G4338

14  blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross.

14   우리를 거스르고 우리를 대적한 손으로 쓴 법령을 지워 버리고, 또 그것을 그의 십자가에 못 박아 없애셨으며

15  And having spoiled⁵⁵⁴ principalities⁷⁴⁶ and²⁵³² powers,¹⁸⁴⁹ he made a show¹¹⁶⁵ of them openly,^{1722, 3954} triumphing over²³⁵⁸ them⁸⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² it.⁸⁴⁸

15  정사와 권세를 벗어버려 밝히 드러내시고 십자가로 승리하셨느니라

15  Having stripped rulers and authorities, He made a show of them publicly, triumphing over them in it.

15  정사와 권세를 벗겨내어 그것들을 공개적으로 나타내시고, 십자가로 그들을 이기셨느니라.

16  Let no³³⁶¹ man⁵¹⁰⁰ therefore³⁷⁶⁷ judge²⁹¹⁹ you⁵²⁰⁹ in¹⁷²² meat,¹⁰³⁵ or²²²⁸ in¹⁷²² drink,⁴²¹³ or²²²⁸ in¹⁷²² respect³³¹³ of a holy day,¹⁸⁵⁹ or²²²⁸ of the new moon,³⁵⁶¹ or²²²⁸ of the sabbath⁴⁵²¹ days:

16  그러므로 먹고G1035 마시는 것G4213과 절G1859기G3313나 월삭G3561이나 안식일을G4521 인하여 누구든지 너희를 폄론하지G2919 못하게 하라G3361

16  Therefore let no one judge you in food or in drink, or in respect of a feast, or of the new moon, or of the sabbaths.

16  그러므로 음식으로나 마시는 것으로나, 거룩한 날이나 새 달이나 안식일들에 관해서는 아무도 너희를 판단하지 못하게 하라.

17  Which³⁷³⁹ are²⁰⁷⁶ a shadow⁴⁶³⁹ of things to come;³¹⁹⁵ but¹¹⁶¹ the³⁵⁸⁸ body⁴⁹⁸³ is of Christ.⁵⁵⁴⁷

17  이것들은 장래 일의 그림자이나 몸은 그리스도의G5547 것이니라

17  For these are a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ.

17   이런 것들은 다가올 것들의 그림자이나 몸은 그리스도(마쉬악)의 것이니라.

18  Let no man³³⁶⁷ beguile you of your reward^{2603, 5209} in a voluntary humility^{2309, 1722, 5012} and²⁵³² worshiping²³⁵⁶ of angels,³² intruding into¹⁶⁸⁷ those things which³⁷³⁹ he hath not³³⁶¹ seen,³⁷⁰⁸ vainly¹⁵⁰⁰ puffed up⁵⁴⁴⁸ by⁵²⁵⁹ his⁸⁴⁸ fleshly⁴⁵⁶¹ mind,³⁵⁶³

18  누구든지 일부러 겸손함과 천사 숭배함을 인하여 너희 상을 빼앗지 못하게 하라 저가 그 본 것을 의지하여 그 육체의 마음을 좇아 헛되이 과장하고

18  Let no one defraud you, delighting in humility and worship of the angels, intruding into things which he has not seen, without a cause being vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

18   아무도 자의적인 겸손과 천사들을 숭배함으로 너희의 상을 속여 빼앗지 못하게 하라. 그는 보지 않은 것을 억지로 주장하고 자기 육신의 생각으로 헛되이 과장하며

19  And²⁵³² not³⁷⁵⁶ holding²⁹⁰² the³⁵⁸⁸ Head,²⁷⁷⁶ from¹⁵³⁷ which³⁷³⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ body⁴⁹⁸³ by¹²²³ joints⁸⁶⁰ and²⁵³² bands⁴⁸⁸⁶ having nourishment ministered,²⁰²³ and²⁵³² knit together,⁴⁸²² increaseth⁸³⁷ with the³⁵⁸⁸ increase⁸³⁸ of God.²³¹⁶

19  머리를 붙들지 아니하는지라 온 몸이 머리로 말미암아 마디와 힘줄로 공급함을 얻고 연합하여 하나님이G2316 자라게 하심으로 자라느니라

19  and not holding the Head, from whom all the body, having been supplied through the joints and bands, and having been joined together, will grow with the growth of God.

19   머리를 붙들고 있지 아니하니, 온 몸이 머리에서 마디와 힘줄을 통하여 영양을 공급받고 엮어져서 하나님(엘로힘)께서 자라게 하심으로 자라느니라.

20  Wherefore³⁷⁶⁷ if¹⁴⁸⁷ ye be dead⁵⁹⁹ with⁴⁸⁶² Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ from⁵⁷⁵ the³⁵⁸⁸ rudiments⁴⁷⁴⁷ of the³⁵⁸⁸ world,²⁸⁸⁹ why,⁵¹⁰¹ as though⁵⁶¹³ living²¹⁹⁸ in¹⁷²² the world,²⁸⁸⁹ are ye subject to ordinances,¹³⁷⁹

20  너희가 세상의 초등 학문에서 그리스도G5547와 함께 죽었거든 어찌하여 세상에 사는 것과 같이 의문에 순종하느냐

20  If then you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why, as though living in the world, are you subject to its ordinances:

20  너희가 그리스도(마쉬악과)와 함께 세상의 유치한 원리에서 죽었을진대 어찌하여 마치 세상에서 살아 있는 것같이 법령에 복종하느냐?

21  (Touch⁶⁸⁰ not;³³⁶¹ taste¹⁰⁸⁹ not;³³⁶⁶ handle²³⁴⁵ not;³³⁶⁶

21  곧 붙잡지도 말고 맛보지도 말고 만지지도 말라 하는 것이니

21  touch not, taste not, handle not;

21    (손 대지 말라, 맛보지 말라, 만지지 말라 하는 것이니

22  Which³⁷³⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ are²⁰⁷⁶ to perish^{1519, 5356} with the³⁵⁸⁸ using;)⁶⁷¹ after²⁵⁹⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ commandments¹⁷⁷⁸ and²⁵³² doctrines¹³¹⁹ of men?⁴⁴⁴

22  (이 모든 것은 쓰는대로 부패에 돌아가리라) 사람의 명과 가르침을 좇느냐

22  which things are all for corruption in the using, according to the commands and doctrines of men?

22  사용함에 따라서 부패할 모든 것이니라.) 이것은 사람의 계명들과 교리들에 따른 것이라.

23  Which things³⁷⁴⁸ have^{2076, 2192} indeed³³⁰³ a show³⁰⁵⁶ of wisdom⁴⁶⁷⁸ in¹⁷²² will-worship,¹⁴⁷⁹ and²⁵³² humility,⁵⁰¹² and²⁵³² neglecting⁸⁵⁷ of the body;⁴⁹⁸³ not³⁷⁵⁶ in¹⁷²² any⁵¹⁰⁰ honor⁵⁰⁹² to⁴³¹⁴ the satisfying⁴¹⁴⁰ of the³⁵⁸⁸ flesh.⁴⁵⁶¹

23  이런 것들은 자의적 숭배와 겸손과 몸을 괴롭게 하는데 지혜 있는 모양이나 오직 육체 좇는 것을 금하는데는 유익이 조금도 없느니라

23  These things indeed have a reputation of wisdom in self-imposed worship and humility, and unsparing severity of the body, but are not of any value for the satisfying of the flesh.

23   이런 것들이 의지 숭배와 겸손과 금욕에는 지혜 있는 것처럼 보이나 육체를 만족시키는 데는 아무 소용이 없느니라.
